Introduction:
In order to solve the obstacle problems of immunological diagnostic methods for leprosy: 1. Establishing sensitized ELISA, the detecting rates of PB were increased significantly. 2. Establishing SLIV-ELISA, the Mtb cross-reaction was reduced significantly. 3. Establishing Dot-ELISA, the ND-O-BSA was saved ( - 20 times) 4. Evaluating blocking agents, comparing blood from vein with blood from earlobes. Finally, increased sensitivity, specificity, and easier to use, simple, rapid, cheaper, standardized method.
