Abstract:
OBJECTIVES: Study on method of expression
for recombinant a1 and a2 antigen of M. leprae. METHODS:
The recombinant a antigen was efficiently expressed on
E. Coli by using pMALc-RI as expression vector, and purified
by amylose resin affinity chromatography. RESULTS:
More than 6 mg and 10mg recombinant a1 and a2 proteins
were obtained from 200ml liquid culture respectively.
CONCLUSION: The pMALc-RI was a efficiently
expression vector for recombinant a1 and a2 antigen of
M. leprae.
